I’m starting to get frustrated

I’m getting so frustrated. These are opks from the last 4 days and I see no difference. I feel like I’m wasting money because there’s no change. I’m starting to lose hope. What would you do in my situation? I’ve had back pain, mild cramps, and have been light headed today
