Never thought to do it with my three boys

My son is not and this baby boy will not be as well. Dont let anyone (family or friends) tell you want to do though. We did research before (pros and cons) and decided againist it

I live in the UK and it isn’t common practice here. There’s no medical reason to have it done and I can’t justify (in my view and opinion) putting my baby through it. However, I totally respect those who do choose to do it!

My husband is and so will our son (if this is a boy). I already asked the nurses for the hospital's process and I'm glad I did- it eased my mind a bit. Something i didn't know was that if you choose not to do it at birth but then change your mind for whatever reason, your insurance may not cover it. You do whatever you think is best. At the end of the day, that's your baby and no one else's.
