period pains

I'm 3 months late on my period( this is normal for me) but I have the feeling of knives going through my uterus or my sides. I see my hemotologist (blood doctor) in 2 weeks but everyone thinks I'm pregnant despite no action. does anyone else have these issues with no periods but killer pains??? halp?!
