I’ve been on combination birth control pills for around a year now and I have never experienced this before. At the end of every pack, during my placebo week I get my “period”. However, I’m on my placebo week right now and I have no gotten my period. Should I be concerned?

I just got into my first relationship so I have been having sex pretty regularly. I have only missed the pill once and I’m good at taking it. But me and my boyfriend want to take extra precautions so every time we have sex we also use a condom. I had some light bleeding during my active pills this month but I was told that was nothing to worry about and was probably breakthrough bleeding?

I just want to make sure that if I didn’t get a period this month that I’m okay and not pregnant, I am not in the position to be pregnant right now. Thanks for your help!
