ok ladies i need help ..

so this past days i've had the brown discharge and today i got bright red like as if i started my period . i bleed through and everything and i come home wash up and put a pad on. i've went to the bathroom three times and even fallen asleep . there in no bleeding :/ and the first two times going to the bathroom i wiped and nothing now the third time my brown discharge is back . can anyone help or give me advice on what this is or what it means :/
