What are the side effects?

I’ve read terrible things dryness, heavy periods, depression etc

I don’t want to feel 80 when I’m still this young. My husband said he will get fixed but that’s not a reassurance for me my ex husband got it done and I remarried. I want to be sure I have no more babies but the side effects are worrying me. IUD is out of the question I’ve tried that
