Lost weight

So, I started the Ketogenic diet a month ago. I weighed 280 pounds and now I’m down to 263. Don’t get me wrong I’m happy that I’m losing weight and I am working out. Just now it’s hard to have the energy or motivation like I used to.

I eat a 1400-1500 kcal intake and work out at home for 28-43 minuets. I guess I’m just asking how anyone stays motivated or get over being so tired? 😣😕
