Is it possible to have implantation bleeding on the exact day your period is predicted to come?

The blood is like right and a bit faint, I need a pad for it but it isn’t filling up the pad. When I use the bathroom there is some light red in the pee. Is is possible for it to be implantation bleeding or a light period?

I usually start a little heavier on the first day of my period
