HELP?!?! Breast Nipple PAIN @ 17 weeks... advice needed!!

Help?!?! Im 17 weeks and need tips...

My breasts, specifically nipples are literally stinging and feel as if on fire. The pain becomes literally unbearable for hours at a time, while the general discomfort is much more than just discomfort.

I'd describe it as someone stabbing needles into them or slicing them open with a scalpel. FIRE and stinging!

Have you experienced this? Anything helpful?

It happens daily. I wear a bra constantly. I've tried super hot showers. Lotion. I'm a 38 DD pre-pregnancy, this is my first, and thought they wouldn't stretcnh as much as I've been 80 lbs heavier in the past, therefore they have been bigger. they have turned a deep purple and sometimes look as if they are peeling/ scabbed? ANY PRODUCTS OR TIPS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME!
