Can I be pregnant or not ?

Hello, so I had unprotected sex on one of my Green Day’s which it was on ovulation. My period had to start on June 12 but I’m not regular so I wasn’t even freaking out but, now I am because I haven’t gotten my period , I only have cramps and dizziness... what should I do? I took a pregnancy test and came out negative ?
