Isoxsuprine during third trimester

Hi Mommies! I just want to ask who among you have experienced taking Isoxsuprine HCL (Duvadilan) during their third trimester of pregnancy? I am in my 30 weeks and was prescribed to take this due to cramps in the lower portion of my womb and hips pain. I have history of premature birth, my first child was born 32 weeks. How was your experience taking this meds? Does this really prevent premature birth? Are there side effects of this meds? Thank you so much!
