Baby acne?

My baby is just over two weeks old and has developed baby acne..my health visitor suggests trying some breast milk on his face due to the healing properties, just wondering if there is anything else I can do to help speed the recovery up? 
Looks sore and is covering his beautiful skin! 😖 thanks

you're using either a body wash, lotion or latex detergent that's making his skin break out in a rash. switch it all up. use laundry detergent without any dyes. and maybe get sample products until you find the one that suits his needs. good luck

My son had it pretty bad once he got close to 2 weeks, i was told to just keep the skin clean and apply a little bit of baby aquaphor on it. He’s now a month old and his skin is almost fully clear, but he still has a few on his forehead and cheeks.
