has this happened to anyone?

Okay so I conceived last cycle in may around the 24th. I got positive test as little as 8dpo and got them up until 12dpo. But the thing is my 12dpo was MUCH lighter. Anyways I had heavy bleeding that day and ended up going to the er. They told me the same thing when I had my first miscarriage, that I was pregnant, then changed their story and said I wasn't, and then changed their story AGAIN to say I was. But then saying I lost the baby, could I still be pregnant?
