scan help!
Just had an early scan.....due to dates I was absolutely positive I was just over 6 weeks. However scan says no heartbeat or fetal pole yet. Could I literally be a few days out of 6 week's?! They never said. 😢 I'm so worried now. I got my positive on Thursday 31st May. So unless I got a positive 2 mins after conception I'm not sure how it would wodk
