Runners Knee
So I'm relatively new to running - I've done two races and I've been jogging at the gym 2-3 times a week for a couple of months now. Yesterday I started experiencing some pain in my right knee. Not terrible, but enough to cut my workout short, and I can tell it feels a little off today. I really love running and I don't want this to persist into an injury. Anyone have any advice on how to treat/prevent runners knee??? Much appreciated!!!
