I wouldn’t say good or bad. I’m on my 3rd pregnancy with 0 morning sickness and all have been healthy. Morning sickness is just a normal symptom of pregnancy.

its neither its part of being pregnant but it also could cause problems just make sure you dont get to dehydrated if you feel like you are please go in right away the er will give you fluids right away i had to go twice this pregnancy

I agree it’s not good or bad, I get morning sickness with all pregnancies if they are healthy or not. 2 love births and 1 miscarriage at 8 weeks and one at 19w5d.
