TTC temps and OPKS

well, my temps are all over the place...I take them every morning at 7am and I barely move to take them and my app was wrong about ovulation but my opk strips say I'm ovulating now...so I'm hoping! All we can do is pray! going on 9 months now...I have an appointment to see a doctor in August if all else fails. I'm taking folic acid, zinc, and prenatals. I'm hoping I'm doing everything right!
