Rash?

My daughter is 4 weeks today and she’s developed this rash/these bumps about a week ago, does anyone know what this could be from ??

Goodness why is everyone being so rude?! Maybe she was seeing if they would go away bc stuff comes and goes like that on babies🙄... anyways... don’t pay attention to the rudeness! It definitely looks like baby acne and only time really fixes that. It’ll go away soon enough on its own.

It looks like baby acne which is normal but seriously if you’re that concerned why have you waited around for a week without calling her dr???

Im a registered nurse and I NEVER take my daughter to her pediatrician for anything small , only when I really need a prescription and I know for sure her diagnosis, she is now 3 1/2. That being said, dont pay attention to the rudeness. 
It does looks like baby acne which is VERY common in infants.
Any fever, does she stopped nursing, feeling uncomfortable, unconsolable crying, feeling down, sleeping as always, is she breathing ok???

Everyone being rude... the rash/bumps come and go therefore the doctor wasn’t concerned.

It’s ok, love it just seems to be baby acne- my sons appeared around 3-4 weeks and went away in a few weeks. Breast milk does help ☺️

Pretty sure it’s baby acne my daughter has it too. Doctor says usually last about two months.

Looks like baby acne my son had it and baby eczema. It will go away on its own sometimes doctors will prescribe stuff for it if not do not put anything on it and just leave it alone. Buuut I put breast milk on my babies face and it went away super fast. It only lasted two weeks and his doctor said it could last a couple months.
