need opinions!

it's related to my 4 year old niece & has moderate autism and has this issue of having to plug her eyebrows and eyelashes it's completely bald. Does anyone know if it's part of austism or some other type of disorder? i believe it's some type of anxiety? but im trying to help my sister out and see if anyone had a similiar situation.
