What dr to see for hemorrhoids?

Need help ASAP I have the worst hemorrhoids for almost 4 months I can’t do it anymore I don’t even have a regular dr can my ob help me? I’m 4 months pp

I had hemorrhoids at my 6 week pp check. My ob said if they weren’t better in 6 more weeks, to come back. And that they’d probably refer me to a colorectal specialist.

The OBGYN would probably tell you to see a PCP. 
I got a UTI during pregnancy and they told me I had to see my PCP. So I would assume they’d say that for hemmroids too.
