In 2015 I weighed 320 pounds

I have PCOS which makes losing weight harder than normal. Also back in 2015 I was emotionally eating because my dad had cancer, and was dying. In 2016 he died. 2017 I was working while pregnant until I was put on bed rest due to bleeding. Now I’m six months postpartum and a stay at home mom.

I’m doing yoga everyday I can

Some form of cardio

And eating less carbs than I use to
