I’m helping a friend out by watching her 3 month old when she goes back to work. I’m a stay at home mom so I have the time to watch another little one. She hasn’t decided if she wants the morning or night shift (not over night I think it’s 3pm to 8 pm) but the morning shift is 9 hours and the night is 5 hours.

How do these rates sound?

Morning shift $325 a week ($65 a day)

Night shift $200 a week ($40 a day)

We aren’t close friends or anything. Our husbands just work together so I don’t want to ask for too much but I also don’t want to get paid too little.
