SKYLA IUD SIDE EFFECTS

I’ve only had one period since getting my iud in February and that was last month I finally stopped bleeding constantly and had a period about 30 days later in may, now im 7 days late, and I’m having what I think are side effects but I was wondering if they’re normal for iud

-extreme fatigue

-heartburn

-acne

-very sore nipples

-anxiety, feels like my heart is jumping out of my chest at night,( I’m already on anxiety&depression; medicine)
