I can’t walk when I get out of bed. Remedies?

Kayla

Whenever I get up after laying down, even if it’s just for ten minutes, but especially in the mornings, I hobble like an old lady and can’t put weight on one or both legs because it makes my back hurt so bad. I’ve got to prop myself up against a wall or something, and whenever I take a step, I almost fall over. I sleep with a pillow between my legs, but that just isn’t cutting it anymore. It goes away after standing a while, but do you have any recommendations to help avoid this or make it go away faster? Sleep positions? Number of pillows? Stretches? Strengthening exercises? It’s the lower back muscle on either side of the spine.
