So I work at a fast food restaurant. I’m 16 years old so it’s some type of work. I’m a supervisor at my work which means i get paid at 10.25 an hour, which is also good. I’m a night closer which I like. The problem is idk what my boss wants from me. I do everything like we’re suppose to and it’s always something. It’s like I can never get it right, ever. No matter what I do I feel like it’s never right. I go home after work and think I miss something, something isn’t right. I just dont understand what she wants! I’ve talked to her about this plenty of times and she seems like she doesn’t care. I’m not sure what to do at this point.
