natural healing pcos no birth control

hello guys I'm new here

I was wondering if anyone had experience managing their pcos without BC pills. i was on them from age 15-24 and I just stopped this week. I am planning on using the fertility awareness method until we want to have children in the next couple of years. I don't know what to expect but I recently went vegan and I'm seeing a naturopathic doctor who put me on a few supplements for now. any stories or experiences or tips are welcome. I want to hear what you all have to say.
