How to make sea salt spray?

I want to lighten my hair a bit and get Beachy waves cause my hair is pin straight. I don’t ever condition (5x a year at most) because my hair produces so much oil (I wash my hair every 2-3 days). How can I make a sea salt spray that won’t make my hair oily? Every recipe I’ve found has some type of oil or conditioner in it

well sea salt is not good for your hair and really dries it out that's why they all have conditioner of some sort in it

Go to Ulta or Beauty Brands they have great professional sea salt sprays that don’t have conditioners in them.

Replace the amount of conditioner with a mixture of 1/2 aloe vera gel and 1/2 water.
