I'm 16 and I've thought about trying to buy a toy for myself, but my parents would freak if they found out I wanted one/got one. Idk what to do.

I'd go to Spencer's (like, the actual store) when your parents aren't there, buy one and hide it in a purse or bag where they wont see. Be sure to hide it well!

I got my first toy when I was around 16/17. Just order from online! I use pinkcherry because it's totally discreet and they never send you raunchy ads in the mail (be careful, bc some places do)! If your parents ask what you got in the mail just show them some sort of item that they haven't seen you with before.
