I was on mirena and had major issues with it. First one partially expelled, I had a miscarriage, discomfort, sick, nauseous etc. Had it removed 5-26.

I then was put on NuvaRing from 5-29 to now. I removed it Monday night (one day early) because I am having extreme highs and lows with my emotions, anxiety, and depression.

How long after stopping one or both did you feel better?

I know what I’m feeling is not a normal reaction for me and I just want to get back to normal. My work, personal life, including my relationship are all suffering because of this. Suggestions are welcome. I’m stopping all hormonal birth control to get back to normal.
