My husband is cheating on me with his best friend.

I’m at a loss for words right now. I’ve been crying and shaking and wondering what the hell is going on ALL MORNING. I’m so fucking shocked and disappointed. I really don’t even know how to explain my feelings in words. I don’t know who to tell about this because I’m honestly so embarrassed.

My husband and I have been married for 3 years. He’s been extremely distant lately and constantly hanging out with his best friend. Whenever I ask my husband to go out and do something with me he asks if his best friend can come along too. It didn’t bother me at first, but then it started to really piss me off how it seemed like he couldn’t do anything with just us and our daughter. Always had to invite him.

We haven’t been having sex lately, he barely wants to make out or engage in anything slightly sexual. I asked why he never wants to have sex and he said things have been grossing him out lately and that he has a germ problem and he might need help. Like therapy.

Anyways, this morning he was in the shower and his phone was going off because he had a phone call and it was his mother so I answered and said he was in the shower and his messages popped up. I saw the messages I’m about to post below. They’re between him and his BEST FRIEND. I sent the screenshot to my phone. I’m disturbed, scared about what’s going to happen, and just so confused. I’ve never thought he was gay or even bisexual because he never acted like it I was never suspicious. But... his best friend, really? They’ve been friends for 10 years and he was his best man in our wedding.

I need help. I need advice. Please, how do I approach him with this? I know he’s going to wonder why I’m acting weird and crying my eyes out. Do I show up at his best friends house tonight while he’s there?
