Need advice!

I really want to start my weight loss journey bc me and my SO are TTC. I want to lose weight in my thighs and tone my booty up, also my tummy and arms but that's not my issue.

My problem is that I've always had horrible issues with my knees, I'm basically a 60 y/o in a 23 y/o body, lmao. My knee issues limit what i can do on leg day. What work outs can I do that won't put pressure on my knees but still tone up my legs and booty?
