Houstonians, please help! Cheaper hsg facilities?

Question

My doctor requested for me to get an HSG (hysterosalpingogram) after 12 months of unsuccessful ttc(several early M/Cs). I scheduled it for Friday at Memorial Hermann Willowbrook. Today they called to tell me it will cost over $1100 because I've not met my deductible (they are in-network, I've just had a year of otherwise good health / no procedures to go towards my $1000 deductible, and my insurance plan ends in September). I'm a teacher, as is my husband, so this is a painful cost for us. I called my insurance and they suggested trying some other facilities to see if the cost might be lower. Unfortunately the three alternative facilities they suggested do not actually perform this test. 
Do any of you know of a facility in the greater Houston area that does this test for less? I must have it done by Monday at the latest (CD 10). 
I live in Spring but would happily drive an hour if it would save me a few hundred dollars. My insurance is Aetna, but I can easily call any suggested locations to verify they're in-network. My internet searches aren't turning up much, so I'm desperately hoping there's someone on here who's had this done for cheaper. 
Please help if you have any tips!!!

I'm sorry, I live in Dallas, so dint know an answer for you. If no one on here has an answer, best I can tell your option might have to be to call around and ask for prices.

UPDATE: first, huge thanks to all of you who offered your helpful advice--though I took a different route, I learned a lot while pursuing more information suggested by your tips!
In case anyone finds this post while searching for answers to a similar problem, here's what I did: I asked the facility to remove my insurance from the procedure altogether. Like most facilities, apparently, they offered a significant discount for "self-pay" clients. This brought my total cost down from about $1200 to a bit under $700. 
The procedure itself, for me, was one of the most painful experiences of my life so far (and as someone who lives with chronic pain from Chron's, that's saying something!). Thankfully it only lasted about 5 minutes, they let my husband come in and hold my hand through the painful part, and--my biggest happy surprise--it was performed by a long-lost friend from my childhood who kept me calm and talked me through the whole thing. I swear 
on my life I'm not making this up--Crazy small world!! 
My results were normal, and it was pretty cool getting to see my uterus and tubes afterward. Plus, now I've got a coffee date with a friend I haven't seen in decades, just when I needed a friend most. I'd say it all worked out for the best. 
For others with Chron's / IBD, I would say the dye irritated my intestines over the next few days a bit, so be prepared for that (though I'm sure the doxycycline isn't helping with that problem, either). I didn't have much spotting at all; nearly all of the dye spilled straight out into my abdominal cavity--felt pretty icky most of the next two days, but it wasn't terrible.
