Fitting two cribs in a small nursery

This is my dilemma... have some time to figure out how it’s going to work, but any moms already have a setup for ideas? I’m probably going to have to pick a new furniture set and not looking forward to starting all over..

How to fit all we have AND another crib in this teeny room in another month or so is baffling to me

Don’t mind my messy piles of clothes… I have been going through and organizing/swapping out sizes. A constant battle here 😂
