Who is cramping???

I am 10w1d and I have lower back and abdominal cramps usually at night time and during the day if I stand or walk for too long.  Is anyone with me?

It can actually be related to bowl movements but felt lower. And it can also be due to poor hydration! If you feel them, make sure you’re hydrated and put your feet up for a few minutes! And also consider when you last bowl movement was and if you might need to get some fiber going 😊
