Urinary tube reimplant surgery

I had this surgery when I was 3 years old an had no issues from it from the time I was 5 until I got married and had sex for the first time at 35...( totally different subject). Since then I've had serious pain under the scar which is just above my pubic bone and runs from hip to hip, this has caused my bladder to go into spasms and created many other crazy issues.

It's been over 2 years, I have not been able to conceive, have terrible pain hit me at random times, and my lower abdomen gets painfully bloated.

My periods are exactly 28 day, like clockwork.

Acupuncture has helped with the spasms but it just unearthed more issues.

Does anyone have experience with this? No one I've gone to see seems to have any answers. My mom is a nurse and all she has been able to tell me is that there is a lot of scar tissue (30 years worth) and that my first pregnancy will be super painful with all of that scar tissue breaking.... thanks mom... 🤨
