so I did some research because I was called a liar for being able to tell if you were dilating and I was curious on ways I could check myself because when I was 27 weeks I was dilating when I went to the hospital I knew I was because the pain in my lower vagina and the heaviness the discharge became well a girl asked if anyone has been able to tell if they were dilating so I told her what I went through and a lady told me I was lying you can't tell if your dilated unless your doctor tells you by looking at it so I found this on google and was curious if anyone else would try this or if they think it's really worng
