Late night gaming

My boyfriend stayed up for the first time in a long time playing Xbox with his cousin. The problem is, he was up until 5 am yelling at his game, in the same room as me, waking me up multiple times. Do I have a right to be upset? I get up at 7:45 am daily to babysit a 2 and 3 year old until 5-6:30 pm

Idk if he’s trying to set a sleep schedule because he got an overnight remodeling job that he starts soon. Which is why I’m not mad at him for being up but he woke me up several times and didn’t even apologize.
