Looking older

I’m 13 and honestly I look like a 17 year old. I feel like whenever I go out in public, older men are looking at me, and I’m makes me EXTREMELY self conscious, and small. It’s making me hate going out in public wearing kinda short shorts. I could just be paranoid, but this is ruining my life😭 It’s all I can think about! I’m afraid when I actually get older someone will actually do something. And it scares me! It doesn’t help that I’m a size c cup, and I’m already SO self conscious abt that. Pls help! And advice to make me feel better, idk, would help♥️♥️♥️♥️ x
