Scratchy throat remedies?

Hi friends! I've got a scratchy/itchy throat. Not really sure if it's allergy related or the start of a cold but I was wondering if anyone had any quick, pregnancy safe cures! No fever but I definitely feel like my body is dragging a little.

Are cough drops safe or no? I keep reading mixed reviews. Specifically the Halls menthol cough suppressant.

Neti pot! And did some lymphatic drainage to myself.  I’m sure you can find videos on YouTube on how to do it. And plenty of sleep! I was where you were three days ago and I’m already feeling better. Allergies are a real drag this season.
