sold on a name, not sold on the spelling

So my husband and I have been trying to conceive for over a year. During that time we came up with both a boy and girl name we love. Sage Emanuel for a boy (Emanuel is my fathers name) Zanai Ariel for a girl (ZA-Nye).

With my first daughter I spelled her name a certain way with an apostrophe a capital letter in the middle of it. I love it, my daughter who is almost 11 loves it (she says it makes her unique) my husband however I just found out does not like it. I was going to spell her name Za'Nai, and I'm really disappointed he doesn't want me too. Do you think I should push the issue or just let it go? I always wanted my kids names to be unique but not trashy so I'm not sure what I should do.

p.s. my husband is not my daughters father so that is why this hasn't been an issue until now
