I have a big hard abdominal lump to the left of my belly button where this picture says “kidney”. Im 14 weeks pregnant today but I’ve had it for a few weeks at least 4. I know it’s not the baby Bc baby is barely coming out of my pelvis. I have a appointment on Tuesday but so curious if anyone has had it or know what it is.
