helppp might be tmi

okay so i’ve literally woke up 10 minutes ago to a really bad cramp and i’m late on my period by nearly a week, i went to check if i am on yet and i’m not. although when i sat on the toilet my cramps got far too much pain that i cried and then this is the part i’m worried about - my bum hold starting throbbing i guess? and all around my bum near my bum and stomach was in a extreme sharp pain. should i be this worried? have any of you had this? what should i do?
