My period is late by two weeks

I just had a baby 2 months ago and the period I had was only two days long . I’ve been tracking it on here & im now officially twelve days late . With my first child I jumped right back onto my periods , I took a test a week ago and it was negitive , I’ve had tender boobs a couple days ago and it went away .. been tired more through the day and eating more . I’m taking a Test today but is there a possible chance I could be pregnant ?
