Mooncups
Does anyone have a trick to taking out their moon cups or menstrual cups? When I take mine out it hurts A LOT. I’ve broke the suction too it just doesn’t want to come out 😂
I’ve tried relaxing my muscles too but it’s just uncomfortable to remove
