TTC For 12Months .... Starting to lose hope 💔

Has anyone got a BFP naturally after TTC For over a year?

AF showed up again today and it’s mine and my Fiancé’s birthday tomorrow - now I don’t even feel like celebrating... I was so hoping this was our month as it would be the best birthday present ever!

We have tried everything so far I can think of-ovulation tests, Preseed, Angus Cactus, baby aspirin, pre-conception tablets, pineapple, Brazil nuts... the list goes on!

We have an appointment with a fertility specialist booked but have to wait until September.

Feeling very frustrated and starting to lose hope. Any advice/suggestions and successes stories would be much appreciated xx
