For those of you that have had your FWB fall in love with you, what were some of the signs that he was starting to do so?

In general, what are some signs a guy is falling in love with you?
I think my FWB is falling in love with me based on a lot of things.. i want to see if those who have had FWB confess their love, went through similar things as me.

He started to stay over at my place, and then take me to breakfast in the morning. 
Instead of being a “booty call” he started taking me on dates. Then he introduced me to his family and the rest is history 💓

He showered me. Actually washed my hair and body lol. He started getting intimate with me even after we made it clear it was just sex

I was really into him, so we flirted a lot. He just needed (still does) someone to take care of him. I listened to him and hung out with him and etc. Eventually I just kept staying the night to the point where I basically lived there 😂 I knew he had developed feelings for me when he started listening to the little things I said. Like he bought me Oreos & cooked me dinner... And he also literally said “I really like you.” 😂 
Now we’re engaged with 2 beautiful baby boys ❤️
