I’m not really sure what ‘normal’ period cramps are when considering every woman on the planet, but how do you know when your cramps aren’t normal? I have severely painful cramps and just this morning I had the worse wave of cramps I’ve had in my entire life. I have nearly thrown up because of the pain. It’s a constant stabby feeling, unlike my usual cramps that come in little waves. I plan on seeing a doctor, obviously, but is anyone else going through this?
