How do you search for an Obstetrician?

So....we are pregnant again!!!! 😊and I was supposed to be due with our first baby today actually but we miscarried back in February. I just found out this morning that I am pregnant. True rainbow 🌈 experience. But I’m afraid and scared it’ll happen again. My insurance co sent a list over of docs in my area but all of them have horrible reviews. It’s really hard to find a great obstetrician these days! Really! We just moved and I’m looking for a doctors office that will pick up after hours, are well experienced with compassion and great bedside manner!
Just out of curiosity....What methods do you all use to look for doctors?

I used yelp and read reviews. I made sure to read all the negative reviews too.

I found our practice by searching online, reading reviews on medical websites... there are sites available which compare healthcare providers according to which insurance you have.

You really have no choice but to start with your in-network list, unless you plan to pay through the nose for your care. 
I started with who was in-network, then started googling the major providers. The clinic I was most intrigued by was a “women caring for women” clinic, which sounded right up my ally. Went on their website and read about each doctor, then called for an appointment. 
I figured it would take me some time meeting with doctors to find one I was comfortable with, but my husband and I both loved our OB after the first appointment.

I found my practice by asking family, but I never actually met the dr I was assigned to (my first apt with her was 12 weeks and I miscarried at 10).   Long story short my midwife was absolutely awful but the dr who did my D&C; was incredible, talked to me for 45 minutes before surgery, called me multiple times to follow up on both my physical health and mental well-being.  I’m pregnant again and have asked the office to not schedule me with my midwife but will be sticking with the practice as my ob is incredible.  I feel like it takes a little bit to find the right fit.   
My recommendation would be to find an office that has a number of staff members and convenient labs and hours, that way if you don’t like someone you can always try someone else at the practice fairly easily.   
Also my incredible ob, her reviews are god-awful and I have no idea why.  Doctor reviews are always so personal, especially with obs, and I think what would be one persons complaint might not be applicable to you or you may have a different experience.

On my insurance site there's an option to search for doctors that are in my network. I searched on Google and found an office I liked then searched on my insurance site to make sure they were good.
