I would go in and see if you can get blood levels checked and possibly an ultrasound could be a miscarriage or a subcronic bleed if it’s bright red. Best of luck hoping for the best for you 💕

I have had bleeding and cramping. I’ve had 3 ultrasounds now and baby is growing fine and has a heartbeat. I have what they call a subchorionic hemorrhage. It can cause bleeding and cramps. The doctors all say that they are common in pregnancy and usually resolve themselves. I may just have some bleeding or spotting from time to time until it heals. At this time though it has had no effect on the baby and they don’t believe it will. I would check with your doctor if they can check your levels or do a ultrasound. Prayers for you 🙏
