I have ibs and gastroperisis, im a week away from my period but my cramps are killing me, i cant move or breath or anything and idk what to do. I'm 14 and ive never ever ever felt any cramps even close to these and idk if I should tell my parents because they will probably just brush it off. I feel like im dying and I already took an aspirin for a headache earlier so I can't take another. I am also nauseous
